General Description                               

YM Series Screen Inks are an extremely versatile range of products which will be given high gloss, flexibility and good adhesion on a diverse selection of substrates - often when all else fails.

Colour Range                                

The pigments of YM Series Inks have been selected for their unusual weather-ability and resistance properties, and the dried ink film is flexible and scuff resistant.

Stocks                                 

The use of YM Series Inks has been proven on a number of plastic films, fabrics and metallised surfaces.  However, because the surface characteristics of any substrate can vary, adhesion check should always be carried out before starting a print run.              

Working Advice                                

Drying                                

YM Series Inks will air dry by evaporation to a full gloss finish in 20-30 minutes, or they can be force dried at 80℃ in about 2 minutes.                

                                   

Ink Adjustment                                

Thinning with10-15％ Show Thinner YM－06 is recommended when printing rigid surface.  Slow Thinner YM－06 is also available for use when printingfine detail or when maximumscreen stability is required. YM-02 Fast Thinner  YM-04 Standard Thinne  YM-06 Show Thinner               

Washing Up                                

Universal Screen Wash

All technical information and recommendations published by Tsaui Mining relating to Tsaui Mining’s products are based on experience gained in field condition and detailed laboratory tests believed to be reliable.  However, Tsaui Mining cannot guarantee the finished results because Tsaui Mining exercises no control over individual operating conditions and production procedures.  The users bear sole responsibility for selecting the appropriate product for their end-use requirements.  They are also responsible for testing to determine that our product will perform as expected during the printed item's entire life-cycle from printing, post-print processing, shipment and to end-use.  This product has been specially formulated for  application as stated in the product data sheet and has not been tested for other method.  Any liability associated with the use of this product is limited to the value of the product purchased from Tsaui Mining .
