General Description                              

GPS inks are specially formulated for screen printing PS (polystyrene) sheet and containers, and combine fine printing and fast drying with a tough, resilient and mar resistant dry print of very high gloss.                        

Characteristics                              

GPS inks have been designed to give excellent adhesion to most grades of PS and can withstand moulding and deep drawing as well as the day-to-day conditions of display work.

GPS inks are available in a wide range of bright, strong colours which can be readily intermixed.

Ink Adjustment                                

These inks can be adjusted with 10-20% Thinner.  The Thinner are including Standard Thinner GPS-180 and Slow Thinner GPS-182.

Coverage                                

A coverage of approximately 45㎡/kg can be expected with GPS inks, providing standard thinning and mesh recommendations are employed.
